Conte decided to give Bryan Gil that second chance in the pre-season just gone in South Korea. He is only 21 with lots of time to prove that he has what it takes.
During the first half of the premier league campaign he struggled to get 1st team football at all and was shortly put on loan at Valencia for the rest of the season. The Athletic has revealed that Conte has decided that he is prepared to put Gil on loan again for the forthcoming season. Valencia could take him back depending on the sale of Goncalo Cuedes.
This feels like the best decision to make at the current time, this is largely due to the inexperienced nature of him therefore allowing him to improve his technical ability and physicality. It should be an effective loan and they could possibly do well in Europe. He is no where near ready, however Paritici must see a good player within him to initially sign him. Hopefully this second loan spell could get him ready for first team football for next season.
